The Classic Birkenstock shoe in oiled habana leather, with adjustable strap and shock absorbing EV sole. We recommend the London model in the narrow width for women and the regular width for men, however we have many sizes in both widths. The Birkenstock footbed is made from cork & latex and is covered in a fine suede liner. Features include pronounced arch support and a deep heelcup for maximum support.

The Birkenstock brand can be traced back to Johann Adam Birkenstock who was registered in 1774 as a 'subject & shoemaker’ in local church archives. In 1964, these inserts were developed a step further into a shoe by Karl Birkenstock and with that the Birkenstock sandal we love today was created. All Birkenstock products are 100% made in Germany.
